I didn't understand it at first either. o_O
Look at the encyclopedia volume numbers and the last word in III and the first word in IV. What's missing?
Then look at the title. Then read the story again and what's missing? :cool:

The letter "e."

So in the parallel world there are no "e-s"

Hence the title and the whole story is written without an "e." :cool:
