Digital Spy:

Adam Sandler is allegedly planning to remake Three Men and a Baby.

The Funny People star will reportedly team up with Disney for a new version of the hit '80s comedy, which starred Tom Selleck, Steve Guttenberg and Ted Danson.

Sandler will not be one of the main characters in the new Three Men, although he will potentially have a cameo role, says Movieweb.

The remake will supposedly centre on three gay men who become guardians to an infant child. Sandler's Grown Ups co-stars Chris Rock, Rob Schneider and David Spade are all said to be interested in starring in the new Three Men and a Baby.

Selleck last year revealed that Disney had approached him about reprising his role in the comedy series for Three Men and a Bride.

"It is true that Disney checked my availability," he said. "And I know they checked Ted's and Steve's, and then had a script written, I think tentatively called Three Men and a Bride, which kind of says it all [about the story]."

Is there no originality in Hollywood?

Let's see...waterboarding, bamboo up the fingernails, the rack....or being forced to watch anything with the three S-holes in it...hard to know which would be a more serious violation of the Geneva Convention.

Yes, but it's small, sickly, and in hiding. :(

Your experience of torturous things is limited. Ever had to read Atlas Shrugged?

TV series of Bewitched was OK for it's time, but seems the film bombed, never even knew they'd made one. If it was that bad, why a remake, they are nuts.

Because Bewitched is still popular in Japan, a country with twice the population of the UK and appox 40% the population of the US.

Why do you think Disney's Cars II had the Japanese bit?
