Hey to all the Aussie Dr Who fans. ABC 1 as of tonight has started showing Dr Who every night at 7:30 pm. Tonight first episode was Rose meeting himself , in this case the one before his gorgeousness David Tenant, ( Eccleston?) Omg. I am in heaven. And peace reigns in my house for exactly half an hour every night . The girls and I LOVE Dr Who!

I'm actually bemused, because it's the Doctor marrying the (literal and fictional) Doctor's daughter. There's some sort of metatextual incest by proxy going on here.

But then again, Peter Moffet has met his son in law David McDonald before...

H was SO amazing help me keep M conscious on the way to hospital last night... I was a proud mummy....

until we are sitting next to M holding her hands as she lay on the guerney when H's face clouds over and she glares at M and says...... "You DO realise we are missing Dr Who tonight right?"
