Was watching the first episode of Buffy just now and spotted Carmine Giovinazzo from CSI: NY as the first guy to ever be killed in it. He gets killed by Darla before the opening credits. :)

Angel followed this by having Sawyer from Lost be the first to be killed in the opening scene. :)

Spooky. I started an Angel re-watch over the weekend (I was off sick Thurs/Fri, and daytime TV is crap).

Josh Holloway didn't half look young!

Take my advice, kiddies - don't watch all but 6 episodes of a season of Angel, then hope to get a decent night's sleep!

Well, some of them before being in the WhedonVerse they were in the TrekWorld :p I'm talking about the principal (the second principal, the one that lasted a while) of course and also the mayor ^_^

We always play this in our house, where my DP thinks he knows a face from some other programme/film etc... but is usually wrong and I usually get it right

I always liked the Buffy and Angel crossovers. :)
Why? The ones I've seen were horrible. Especially in the season (last one?) in which Buffy and Spike had an affair. That was just so annoying.

Not to mention Angel as such. I haven't seen much, but what I have seen was enough not to want to see more.

That was Season Six of Buffy/ Season Three of Angel and there were and there were no crossovers in that season. The previous two reasons had loads of crossovers (the Spike and Oz episode, and Buffy appearing a few times + Willow at the end of Angel Season two) also the season after had a good few (mainly involving Faith and Willow). I enjoy them because it gives a sense of a complete universe.
