Hmmm. Tough call. In order I remember them, not by preference.:

1. Scrooged
2. The Nightmare Before Christmas
3. The Muppet Christmas Carol
4. White Christmas
5. Scrooge (1970 musical)
6. A Christmas Story
7. Love Actually (Don't judge me! Most of it is syrupy fluff, but there's a couple of lovely stories in there)
8. Le Père Noël est une ordure
9. How the Grinch Stole Christmas (Chuck Jones animation)
10. Trading Places
11. We're No Angels

I'll be frank: I don't actually have a favourite Christmas movie. The closest I've come is the Hogfather miniseries and The Nightmare Before Christmas. Oh, and some of the Doctor Who Christmas specials, which don't count as movies.

Neither would Team Four Star's Abridged version of the Dragonball Z movie, The Tree of Might (though it is funny, and it's a Christmas special).

Would Batman Returns count as a Christmas movie? It's set during Christmas, and it heavily features during the movie... o_O

Forgot Love Actually which isn't half bad.

Chuffed Elf doesn't count because Will Ferrell is in ti ;)
I think Hogfather has to count though even on roundworld

It's a Wonderful Life. Makes me cry every time.

Joyeux Noel. Set in WW1.

And at the other end of the spectrum, a movie that won't be everyone's taste but is on my 'to watch' list is a (2010) Finnish movie called Rare Exports: A Christmas Tale. You can find the trailer on youtube.
