I was just wondering cos today I got Jingo but it's a black cover cos it's the only one the bookshop had
but it looks kind of stupid on my shelf next to all my little Corgi's
So eventually when I have finished my Discworld collection should I by a little(sorry I keep calling them little but they are pretty small) Corgi edition
for my collection to look better
I know there the same story but I'd prefer to have a nice collection

Well you are never going to be able to get the full set of the black covers as Eric isn't available and probably never will be. I'm tempted to say that it really doesn't matter, but then I look at my shelf of all the Corgi covers and think - who am I kidding?

Hi everyone!

I'm not sure if I'm in the right place but...

I am unable to find CORGI edition of The Last Hero!
I know that this book exists in this universe, so I'm asking for a hand or 5 to help me find and own one!

Thanks!

The Last Hero has only been published by Gollancz in the UK and Harper Collins in the US. A text only version doesn't exist in a similar form to Eric so there's no Corgi paperback.

Publisher (corgi) doesn't have the rights to Eric. Only Gollancz (and US Harper) edition exists .No sign of a black one on the horizon. Ever

You could always use thin black paper and make a cover to wrap around it, to make the shelf look the same.
I prefer some variety in the shelf appearance; a solid row of the same color puts me off. I once tried arranging the books in the thrift shop by category, and the romance novel companies all had their logos on the covers with the same general design even when the colors varied; that was bad enough. Then someone who worked there got the wrong idea and started putting all the same colors together, and it was ghastly. I found it almost impossible to read the titles with the huge block of color overpowering them.
