What's the best way to contact Terry? (Stalker Alert!)

I've had a look around, and other than the "Does he post here" thread I don't have that much to go on.

Quick summation, my wife runs a Hedgehog sanctuary for sick and injured hedgehogs, caring for them, rehabilitating them, and finally releasing the healthy ones back into the wild.

We were hoping to use the name "Hogswatch" to prepare a little website where people could see photos and updates of the recovery of the hogs that they bring in to us for care.

We run this from home, self funded, not looking for donations or a patron or anything, just a nod from Terry that we can use Hogswatch in a non-commercial, non-profit making venture. I don't even think it's Trademarked or anything, but I'd rather ask first that make free with it.

I've been reading Terry's books since about.... 1986 or so I think, I've got most of them overloading my poor abused bookshelves at home, which my wife quickly read through to fill in the gaps in her reading of them.

Anyway, I ramble, if there is anyway this question can be passed on to Terry, and a reply forthcoming, we (and the hogs) would be very grateful.

Regards

Allen and Janie (and the 7 hogs currently in residence).

:)
Thank you very much for that.

I would hope that there would be enough of a distinction between an event and a sanctuary to avoid any confusion between them, and therefore allow both to use the name.

I can be very, very hopeful at times

That's great news! Please post a link to the website when it's up and running.

Give the hogs a cuddle from me...

or on second thoughts - maybe not. ;)

I would suggest that you reconsider how you do your website. While flash can make some nice features there is nothing on your site that cant be done with standard HTML and which would make your site work on many more platforms.

Anyone using macs, ipods, iphones, ipads or most smart phones will not be able to view the content of your site. For a sanctuary I would doubt that you would be willing to alienate such a large proportion of your potential supporters.

Thanks Jason.

The wife is using some sort of online tool to put things together, so I'm not sure how it's bolted together to be honest.
