Happy New Year, Convention now SOLD OUT!


Happy New Year (Julian calendar) to all (1), and with the new year we bring the news that we have now SOLD OUT!

950 of you lovely people are now signed up for a fun and frolic (2) filled weekend.

We are operating a waiting list for those unlucky enough not to get a ticket, simply go to this page http://www.dwcon.org/pages/sold_out and fill in the form, you will then be placed on the waiting list.

Meanwhile behind the scenes your Committee will be busy organising like organising things.

Hah, my partner's parents are on the waiting list, I'm not sure if I want him to give up the membership or not... it would be the first time my parents and my other half's parents met.

Ok I've now officially got time off work WOOHOO

I'd also like to take this opportunity to offer my hospitality to anyone (I'm thinking of our oversees friends on here) who'd like a place to stay just before or after the convention to help out with costs. I could pick up and drop off at an airport too if need be as I have the whole week off I should point out that I only have room for one or maybe a couple.
