A day Bouncy.... but my daughter is a HUGE fan and she has DR WHO nights when she and her friends watch it live on the net from BBC. She has JUST converted her boyfriend to Dr Who (he is addicted)... and they are in the process of finding a flat for themselves.

(Hard to do right now as tens of thousands of people are still in rented accomodation here because their houses are still not livable after the floods.

The b/f and us all get on famously so it MAY be over to thier house on Dr Who night  They usually have the Dr Who night then all head off to go clubbing in the city... we will see.

Last year for my birthday she got me over to her house to watch an early episode of Dr Who... cooked me dinner (me and the girls) then served me churros made in the shape of the Ood

What is the exact date the series starts?
Australia is showing the series a week later than the UK

I've often wondered what would happen if the Doctor got the chameleon circuit working on the TARDIS (I know Colin Baker got it working - but badly) and he landed on Earth in contemporary times.

When I was a kid in the 60s, there were still plenty of Police Boxes around - although the ones in Cardiff were very different. What would the TARDIS change into to blend in with its surroundings.

One of these maybe?

Ahhhhhhhh... they are screening it on SATURDAY NIGHT!!! No the usual Sunday.... so that means OUR Saturday timeslot is BEFORE your timeslot..... WHY?????
because it is on Saturday night here means that it has to be shown a week later as they can't show it here before the UK. I think. Apparently the lads from Radio Free Skaro explained it quite well.

I reckon that the doll things are creepier than the clowns <shiver></shiver>

First time I've read this thread as I didn't want to read it too early and then figure I have to wait ages before I could actually watch it.
I know the USA version is aimed at their audience but the UK trailer is far better just for having the great lines at the end
Unkown "Fear me! I've killed hundreds of Timelords"
Doctor " Fear ME! I've killed them all"

Brilliant line

Oh and only 6 more sleeps

same

My mum wants to watch so you think you can dance instead because she thinks doctor who is "Scary trash"
This from someone who watched the killing( not saying the killing is trash. Just that you're more likely to be killed by a serial killer than nazi pepperpots).

Family meals will now consist of my mum eating in the kitchen and my dad and I eating in the living room.

doctor who> so you think you can dance
