I had one of these moments this morning.
On the CA board someone asked if there were any ships or boats 'named' in the DW books. One of the ones I came up with was the Milka, the ship that Vimes commandeers in Jingo. I said that the name was odd and that I thought there was probably a joke in there somewhere.
Another member pointed out that Christopher Columbus sailed in three ships, the Santa Maria, the Nina and the Pinta.
Years ago in Britain there was an advertising campaign for milk that used the slogan:
Drinka Pinta Milka Day.
So obvious once it was pointed out.
