I think there is a brilliant one liner in every Dr Who episode ever made.....

And can we even venture NEAR Red Dwarf?....

Lister : Kyrton, go to blue alert
Kyrton : are you sure sir, it means I will have to change the bulb

AND of course........... too many to list for Blackadder... that show was just a compliation of acting around one liners.

Another from Blake's 7:

Avon: (Upon hearing that Blake intends to attack the Terra Nostra, after they betrayed a potential alliance, via their source of the Shadow drug) Oh, yes of course. Law makers, law breakers, let us fight them all. Why not?

Clint Eastwood can be pretty good ;)

In Gran Torino: Ever notice how you come across somebody once in a while you shouldn't have f*cked with? That's me.

From the Outlaw Josey Wales:
Josey Wales: You a bounty hunter?
Bounty hunter: A man's got to do something for a living these days.
Josey Wales: Dyin' ain't much of a living, boy.

"I'm not bad, I'm just drawn that way" - Jessica Rabbit.

"You can't expect to wield supreme executive power just because some watery tart threw a sword at you." _ Monty Python And The Holy Grail.

"You can't fool me! There ain't no Sanity Clause!" - A Night At The Opera

One of the best responses ever in Doctor Who. Ace is hiding from Daleks, but one finds her shortly after destroying her prized tape-deck. It squawks "SMALL HU-MAN FE-MALE SIGH-TED ON LEVEL THREE." Her response, shortly before beating the crap out of the Dalek with an energy-charged baseball bat?

"WHO'RE YOU CALLIN' SMALL?!"

"Yes well, when I see 5 weirdos dressed in togas stabbing a guy in the middle of the park in full view of 100 people, I shoot the bastards, that's my policy".
Harry Callahan's was nice, but that one was better, especially with the 'murdered innocence-look' following the mayor's unnecessaryly scornful reply.
