Even the housemate started to get into this - Predictably the Daenerys plotline grabbed him most  well - Drogo was rather nice to look at too....

Good to know they're repeating series one as well as it's a long wait until April

Re: Game of thrones teaser

The first season blew me away it was so good. So much so that I'm very deliberatly NOT reading the books, though, you know, I'm itching to.

My reasoning is that there are a lot of really good Fantasy book series out there (I believe we're in something of a golden age for Fantasy Literature) but only ONE really good Fantasy TV series.* So I'll make the most of the TV series by not spoiling the suprises and plot twists for myself. Once the show is cancelled or catches up with the books I'll go back and start the first book.

*and True Blood, but that's a different kettle of fish

Book and Series are a relatively good match to be honest.

He's amazing in it. Loved him in GoT . He was great in Death at a Funeral but even better in this .

Re: Game of thrones teaser

I got Death at a Funeral on DVD, purely coz Alan Tudyk was in it.

I got to see his botty!!

He also does a very good English accent.

The bit with the snot was ick, though.

Bloody amazing film . Alan Tudyks flip out is brilliant. He's nearly as good as he was in Knights Tale

Anyone seen the remake?

It's just as good in my opinion and it's fun to compare the two Dinklage performances. :) also in the remake it's James Marsden's botty! :O
Original is much better to be honest . Humour is done so much better by the English than the Yanks could manage
