I figured the only book missing from my collection was Snuff, and I had not read them all in order, for example I read FoC and Jingo and FE after I read night Watch and Thud... it was one big jump from MoA to Night Watch.
Enjoying it, on Jingo so far and about to finish.

I've read them in order a few times - not sure that I have a favourite (maybe Jingo or Thud (if push came to shove)), but my LEAST favourite is Snuff (I'm not a fan of Night Watch either, although at least it's far superior to Snuff).

When I read Discworld I always do series marathons, I really get absorbed in them that way. My fave Watch book, probably my fave book in the entire series, is the Fifth Elephant. The first three seem to build up to it and the characters are nicely developed by that point. It's also very funny.
