Just sharing this.

I was given an ebook a Christmas present 2 years ago and my daughter had put all of the discworld books on there as well as a load of other books she knew i enjoyed, Tom Clacy's, Stephen Kings and of course the only really holiday book out there, The Godfather.

Well, I say all the discworld books, she missed out Feet of Clay.

I read and re read the books all the time and decided last week enough was enough, I need to read feet of clay again so off to my library I marched. They have a really good selection of Terry's book and in the past I've always picked one out but not last week. Not a single one on the shelf.

I smiled.

I asked the assistant and she since his death the books flew out and are reserved as well, I have to wait until July for feet of clay.

I smiled again.

It looks like many people have slipped down a trouser leg of time that perhaps if Terry hadn't died they wouldn't have at this time.

Sun rise sun set.

That's so positive. I really think that a lot of people who had never read the books before, hearing all the tributes to Terry, decided to see what they have been missing.

Yeah... it's just too bad that he had to die for all these people to 'discover' him. :(

But I suppose that's the case with all truly great people. Van Gogh wasn't known by the general public during his lifetime, either. :)
