He literally just appeared in the anime a couple of weeks ago!
He looks like this:

He's the guy on the far left, behind him are South Italy, Spain and Belgium.


Seriously, there's something about characters from that area, both him and Denmark have gravity defying hair!

my friend and i have a theory that is france or someone with long hair went to denmark or the netherlands, their hair would just stand up as they entered! norway has something similar though, he has this hair curl that floats behind his nhead!
