I've just bought a perfect, new copy of this lovely hardback book from a branch of the Publishers' Book Clearance stores (Darlington Cornmill shopping centre). They are the chain that usually sell everything for around £2, which is what my book cost. The Darlo branch had about seven copies left.

This is only the second time I've ever seen anything related to Terry's work in one of the stores. The first was a copy of Maskerade in a posh presentation binding, also £2. I found that mixed in with the books for older children. I'm sorry the book wasn't a best-seller, but at least my buying it saved it from being pulped. What a horrible fate.

Good stuff.
That makerade book seemed to pop up in a couple of discount shops as well. Got it here for five euro.
