Looking for a really funny show. Suggestions?

The days at work are really long, so I'd like some funny things to help me. Possibly something I can find on Dvd or maybe on youtube.
Does anyone have a suggestion?

(I found on youtube 7 episodes of Fast And Loose and it was kind of funny, but there's no more, and I need something else. Any kind of show, as long as it's a funny one ^_^)

Probably not, most of my favourite comedy is either BBC2 or C4/E4 grown.

Not too expensive on DVD, though.

Well worth it for three series of irish comic genius.

If you watch Blackadder - the first series is a bit pants.

But the other three are good - my personal order of fabness is Series 2, Series 4, Series 3, lots of other, better comedy programmes, Series 1.

Yes ignore the first season of Blackadder. Series 2,3 and 4 are the best of the best

What??? No, the first series was brilliant. Ignore them. It's worth watching the whole series just to see (/hear) his dad (slaughtered an entire army armed only with a small knife for paring fruit).

I will. I've found a guy who posted at least first and second series in english with italian subtitles, so I'll start from there, and then move to third and fourth ^_^ I've found a wiki list of episodes, so I'll be able to watch it all in order. Thanks everyone ^_^

Noticed you're in Italy, so not sure how fluent you are in English, or how much access you have to American shows (or how far back you want to go), but:

If I were recommending pure funny American shows, I'd start with the first five seasons of The Simpsons or South Park. Most other American shows don't translate quite as well or have as much lasting power (when I watch Seinfeld or Friends today, I find myself wondering why I found them so funny back then).

There is a new series called Campus it's a mixture of Green Wing with a bit of the Office. And the best soap to come out of America is called "SOAP"I thought it was funny and you may recognise some Hollywood stars in it before they were mega famous.
