Just found this from one of my RSS feeds.

Three authors have been named as recipients of the World Fantasy Lifetime Achievement Award for 2010. The Awards will be presented on October 31 in Columbus, Ohio at the World Fantasy Con Banquet. The three winners are Brian Lumley, Terry Pratchett, and Peter Straub.

8) :)

Well done to Terry and the other two authors. It does seem weird that the other two are horror writers(I mean genre horror writers not horror writes as in really bad writers  ) Sounds like a good award to get does: World Fantasy Lifetime Achievement.

You have to have a fantastic imagination to write horror or indeed to be horrified  ;)
That's why children should write horrors :lol . I can come up with a lot of things but my writing skills are not so great yet, maybe someday who knows  Well the only horrors in which you don't need an imagination to write are true stories and true stories really do horrify you!!!!
