OK, in the tired way of news journalists, this is from "sources close to Terry Pratchett"

There is currently being prepared a new collection of short writings. This will include items left out of Once More With Footnotes as well as works in that collection. The description of the book as a collection of short writings means that anything could be included, quite a lot of the pieces in OMWF are not stories but introductions, prefaces and other articles for books or magazines not otherwise featuring Terry. One item that will definitely be included is the description of Discworld and how he saw it developing that Terry wrote for the proof copy of Sourcery which has never been reprinted in any form, as he had only written five of the books by then this gives a whole new view to what he thought he was creating.

PS. No I'm not about to reveal my source but he is very reliable :)

Really? To be honest I don't remember much about it coming out, except that it was a limited run and pretty much impossible to get second hand except for mega bucks.

No it's not the Bucks Free Press stuff, this is a legitimate publication that will be published by Terrys normal publishers (my source knows what he is talking about) :) . It appears to be a sort of unlimited version of OMWF with quite a lot of what was in that reprinted along with bits that got left out for various reasons.

By the way the Bucks Free Press site is still up and running but under instructions not to add anything more or make any other changes

That's what I meant. :p

So the publishers are going to do an "Eric" with OMWF.

How to totally destroy the value of something.
I'm glad for it, it's a bit embarressing huntiing for OMWF in charity shops, knowing it's not going to be there... :(
