Briggs and Planer are both 5-star-narrators and I'm interested to see what the cast of the new audios will do with it!!

I suspect I'm just an old stick-in-the-Ankk and take the "If it aten't broken, don't let a wizard try to fix it" approach. The sample I heard was underwhelming and the existing versions are like old friends not lightly abandoned. I might be suffering some post-traumatic revisionist avoidance after the utter disaster that was BBC America's The Watch (ahem) "reimagining".
