Thanks a lot,
I'm glad you liked the cover and that you recognized me (but I didn't realised how much the two nanny Ogg were close one from another).
I'm a spoilt illustrator anyway, I feel like Nobby Nobbs receiving a a Burleigh and Stronginthearm crossbow...

What I especially like is the way Kemar is using an Arcimboldo-like technique, just as Josh Kirby used to, using the overall image elements to hide a face. I was especially glad that the group saw the elephant on the cover of The Fifth Elephant.

Oh thank you... I had such a lot to do that I just didn't manage to post or read anything for AGES! I had my Clarinet Master Recital and my boyfriend had the same on the trombone and I had exams etc etc.... I was soooooo nervous..horribble. But it's all over now.
Now I only have to finish my Masters degree in translation and find some translation jobs and play some concerts :)
So...If anybody needs anything translated from german to english or the other way round or from french to german or french to english... ask me

Kemar; wow wow wow! I really enjoyed looking through your website. I especially enjoyed watching the YouTube clips. As someone who can't draw, and I mean that absolutely (I struggle with stickmen!), I am in awe watching the process of creating your master pieces.

I have to admit that some of the characters aren't how I imagined them when reading the books, but interpretation is part of the fun anyway. I had to have a laugh at Nobby in this one. I read Jingo not that long ago, and the image of him in that picture gives me the same shivers it gave me reading the book!
