Just seen on the CA forum that Frank Kelly who played Father Jack has gone aged 77 RIP Frank.

Oh feck! RIP. My mother, a lifelong Catholic, hated Father Ted and especially Father Jack. This all made the show even more fun as far as I was concerned.

Just read it myself and it was coincidentally on the anniversary of Dermot Morgan's passing in 1998 as well. RIP.
