Yes, just 14 episodes of brilliance and then they kill it off; they could at least have let Whedon finish the remaining episodes of the series, we would then have had a better ending than the sudden stop

Hmmmm, maybe this belongs in the "Nuggan Giveth and Nuggan Taketh Away" thread. I shall have to check Firefly out.. What the hell, I lived through the trauma of NBC and Thames (or ITV?) cancelling the amazing You, Me and the Apocalypyse after one season. In can live through this.

I've never heard of Firefly,

See I was shocked there, but then I realised how much pain you've been saved. Like at the point where you say "Wow, that was amazing! Where can I watch season 2?"

Or the rest of season 1. I hate you Fox.

All 14 episodes are on the DVD box set as i discovered when I found it in CEX.
