Love the song.
Meaning of Life tends to be forgotten about but it has some fantastic bits.
Cheers for the reminder Del

The "Argument Sketch" may be the finest five minutes of comedy writing ever shown on TV.

"If I argue with you, I must take up a contrary position."

"But that isn't just saying, "No it isn't."

"Yes it is."

"No it isn't!"

Only brilliant Englishpeople could write something as good as that.

Python was what made me an total Anglophile and complete acolyte of everything Goodies, Perrin, Fawlty, Yes, Minister, Red Dwarf, Cook/Moore, and all those other seminal, smart British comedies that featured something other than music hall hacks running around after half-dressed women.

I remember, at age 12, watching the first episodes of Python that were broadcast on public TV in the U.S. Had no idea of what it was about.

I remember seeing "The Dull Life of a City Stockbroker" for the first time, and seeing--you know, that one scene. Blew my frickin' mind.

And now for something completely different.

IT'S.............

A Tricky Monty Python Question 8)

1. What is the next line;
"Yes, mothers, new improved Whizzo butter containing 10% more less is absolutely indistinguishable from a dead crab."

Whoever gets the correct answer can post the next question. :p

(As nobody had commented, I changed the format  )

Buy Whizzo Butter and go to Heaven!

*cue rather high-pitched recording of a Hallelujah chorus*

And it's Michael Palin speaking it.

Your turn Q. :p
Okay...

Ah, a real toughie. Name three working titles of Monty Python's Flying Circus that didn't have 'flying circus' in it. (Hint: one of them was used as an episode title)
