To derail the thread yet again, I'm really annoyed with ereaders at the moment. I wanted to get one for Mr Dotsie, but they're either too expensive (Sony), they don't support the overdrive software that the library uses (Kindle, Cybook), or I can't bloody find it anywhere (Kobo) :devil:

He's getting a sticker book instead. More fun. I'm sure he'll be chuffed.

Dotsie, get him an Archos 7,
its cheaper than the other one and supports the formats and is also an internet tablet and supports films . :laugh:

I know it is. I've never see the illustrated one.

I may have to drop the fragrant Lindsay a line. She got mentioned in despatches in the front of Christopher Fowler's latest Bryant & May book.

He's not keen on tablets, he just wants something not too expensive with e-ink, like Kobo would do if I could just find one :rolleyes: I dunno, he's a bit picky with his tech, if it was a tablet it would have to be an iPad2. If I got him something untested by him that would be a no-no.
