I was well impressed when I watched it. At least it shows George is aware of how pissed off people are waiting on the books .

I'm guessing that the whole thing was staged. Doesn't make it any less funny.

Good song, but they didn't mention Sir Terry's achievement: since George RR Martin began GoT in 1996, Sir Terry published 38 books (well, I'm including the one coming out in October, since it's in final processing). That's even more than Shakespeare's 35 plays. I guess Shakespeare fits the meter better. :)

He's also editing about 49 anthologies and writing 74 comic books as well as blogging about American football etc.
This man has brought procrastination to an art form

Annoying though his slow work is, I can actually sympathise, being a writer myself. And he's a far better writer than me. He should take his time where it is needed.
