Hello

I have many Terry Pratchett books, 90% of which are hardbacks with covers and in extremely good condition. Unfortunately a great fan of Terry's has recently passed away and I am looking for a good home for these books.

There are: 27 Discworld novels and a variety of 9 other of Terry's books including a First Edition of The Truth signed and in immaculate condition. I am sorry to bring sadness to this forum but thought someone here may be able to help. Thank you.

Thank you for your kind comments. As you can imagine being a Terry Pratchett follower his wonderful sense of humour is sadly missed. I was hoping that these books could go to another Terry Pratchett fan who would love to have them at a moderate price. I just don't know where to start or how much to sell them for. I will try the link, thank you, but I wondered if anyone would be able to tell me what a reasonable asking price might be, especially the signed copy - or if, indeed, they are worth anything at all.

Hi Loobyloo,

Whereabouts in the world are you?

The UU1998 diary is the only diary I don't have... so I might be willing to buy that one :)

I'm in Australia though, so if there's someone on the same continent as you, then they come first... it's not exactly cheap to send things across to the other side of the world.

Seeya. Danny.

Hi Danny. Am in West Sussex, England. Cost to send would be £6.98 by Royal mail airmail. Even if this is not possible, to help me assess worth, please advise what you would pay. :)

Wow ! That's a surprise ! Thanks for the link, Danny. Perhaps Ebay is where I should be looking to sell the other books. I didn't want to make loads of money (and probably shan't), just wanted to sell them to someone who would very much like to have them - not for them to sell on. Anyway, it's a start. :) Will be very happy to look at offers for the books from this forum.
