A good rule of thumb is - if you don't know them and they have a link in their signature, then they are probably spammers.

I have disabled the links and deleted the post.

Another good rule of thumb is, if they sound like a complete dink who uses text-speak and says something not related to the conversation, that too is a bit of a giveaway.
