To Jane:We are united in shortness 8) Don't be sad we can be nimble little ninjas and if we get really mad we can blame our actions on being compressed (there was something along those lines in Fifth Elephant about Swires and compression).

I'm vertically challenged too - 1.57 (5'2" in English) 
It's great being short - especially in crowded bars (you can squeeze into smaller gaps and make friends with people too... ). Also a great social leveller - tall people may be able to see your dandruff but you can see how clean they keep their noses - and how much nose hair they've got too! :twisted:
