Thanks for the review! I'm glad it got a good one :) I'm starting to feel so excied now

As the the cover art, I'm speechless (not really, I have a LOT to say about it :p) I just feel so sad that you have to buy a tiffany novel with THAT *points* on the cover :(

I mean, I can understand if a publisher was publishing a new author, that they might not want to invest too much in their book in case it doesn't sell well, but Terry Pratchett? Gaaaaah it makes me so sad :( And angry. Quite a bit of angry over here :(

Something's bugging me... on the Paul Kidby cover art, Granny Weatherwax is holding a shepherd's crook. Is that odd? She doesn't usually have that, does she? Actually, is that Granny W? I'm confused! She looks way too kind, too! :/
I'm pretty sure it isn't Granny at all. The witch in question is wearing a hare-shaped brooch, which is also unlike Granny. Paul Kidby has done a whole new set of covers for the series and on each of them is Tiffany and a witch that she meets during the story. Miss Tick on Wee Free Men, Miss Level on Hat Full of Sky and Miss Treason on Wintersmith. This suggests to me that the witch will be someone we haven't met before.

You can see some close-ups of the cover HERE. As you can see - the witch looks younger than the pictures we've seen by Paul Kidby of Granny.

Ohhh thanks for showing me! They're beautifully done of course, but I liked the original ones PK did for the Tiffany series as well, these just seem a bit unnecessary ^^' Not that that there's such a thing as too much DW art
Plus PK's a cool guy, I have his autograph and a note from him wishing me well on my art A level :'3

>__> Well, I got a D...which counts as a pass, but it's complicated. Because I got A*s at GCSE, they made me take 4 A level subjects which I really didn't want to do, I only liked art, and I failed every other one. However, I now do a BTEC in Graphic Design, and I'm expecting a destinction :3 This time next year I should be doing my degree in illustration at University :3

And baaaaack to subject
