Thanks Pip. I'm glad that we got Blackpool in the final, if only for the reason that I think they are the better footballing team than either Cardiff or Birmingham and should be able to make a better game of it for the neutral. (Providing West Ham don't revert to 'hoofball' tactics for this last game.) :laugh:

That seems to be what a lot of Hammers are saying . They seem to like Blackpools style. West ham have been a little frustrating as they have played really nice football from time to time this year but seem to switch between this and the Long ball . Hopefully the real west ham show up in the final. Also i did get several West ham t shirts Babygrows and a blanky for the new baby . Have decided to raise the child half Liverpool half Hammers :laugh:

Strangely, since the chants of "We are West Ham, we play it on the floor" in protest at Big Sam's tactics at the Peterborough game back in March, where every ball was hoofed upfield, we have actually been playing good, passing, entertaining football. Not something I would have expected under Allardyce, I must admit. :eek:

NOT The land of the risen Son!!
Have you noticed how Arsenal are managed by Arsene and Man C by Mancini? :cool:

To keep up with the trend of having a manager named after the team;
Bolton's new manager is Michael, Hull's new manager is Rod with his Emu and WHU new manager is the 80s pop duo Go West. :laugh:

Downing?! :eek: Terry!? :eek: Carrol! :dance: What an England squad! :eek:

Everyone says that Roy gets the best out of mediocre and average players. So what does he do? He picks the most mediocre and average players available.

The man's a genius! We're going to win. :dance:

:laugh: :laugh: quite enjoyed the squad being read at. I thought we were screwed but at least we're don't have Terry , Green , Downing , Worf (Lescott) etc in our squad :laugh:

To be fair, Green has been immense this season for West Ham and is still one of the best English 'keepers around, although he will be number two to Hart (fairly since I do think Hart is the better of the two). I would have liked to have seen Carrick in the squad 'though; and to have seen Terry dropped but the latter is more for my personal opinion of him as a person than for his footballing ability. :laugh:
