Welcome to the forum StevenF50. Wanna pitchfork?
Thanks and ha ha. Maybe we should set up a twilight haters group. Joke

More rant on twilight:
We don't want kind vampires that are nice to werewolves. We want blood sucking vampires that have gory fights with angry werewolves.

Sjoerd: See above: Do you see any of the irate mob carrying TWO pitchforks? TWO flaming torches? TWO of anything? NO! Greedy sod! Get to the end of the line.... and take what you are given. At this rate you may end up with a rather rusty Spork.
Well I'm not going to participate in the mob if it's going to be like this!

Need a bodyguard Pip? :p

That pic just made my day.

Can just imagine the frenzy from the end of the first Blade film following this.
I love it because the imagine just explodes with the different ways this could go down! I like to think that Blade starts with a head butt that flatens his hair out and then Bella decides then who is cooler by tying Ed to that truck, putting a brick on the accelerator and heading it off of a quarry.

Then Blade stakes her just to be safe.

Thanks to JanQuirm.... heres the pic I wanted to post for all the Twilight fans :)

Its the perfect solution for all of you who thought the expressionless faces of the leading actors was the problem... it was JUST a casting error.. Had they only cast Mr Bean!

I read them once for fun and because 2 of my housemates kept banging on about them. They have no plot depth at all and are definitely aimed at teens and I did pick up on the very christian theme of, 'Having sex before marriage is bad and if you do it then you will burn' sort of thing. They do have some entertainment value though and are fine to read if you want some mindless trashy romance to escape with for a little while.

I suppose they're the teen version of the Nora Roberts books. Similar sort of plot lines. Troubled girl moves somewhere new, meets mysterious man, he saves her, romance, some more wierd sh...stuff happens but it all turns out good in the end. Predictable and not too taxing on the mind (which is fine sometimes when you're in the mood).

Still, if it gets more kids into reading and encourages literacy then more power to them.

Oh. Dear. God. Please. No.

Is Twilight coming to the small screen?

A new take on the popular vampire and werewolf movie series is in development, and one idea circulating is a TV show, reports Moviehole.net. With the final film in the Twilight saga set to be released Nov. 16, many people are interested in keeping the high-grossing Lionsgate/Summit Entertainment franchise — based on the books by Stephenie Meyer — alive.

Potential avenues include a “TV show or film spin-off, merely set in the same world as the one in the movies but not featuring the main trio,” according to the site’s sources. With Bella, Edward and Jacob out of the picture, on whom would such a project focus? “One area of interest” is the Wolf Pack.

But is there room on the tube, which already features the beasts of True Blood, The Vampire Diaries, Teen Wolf and occasionally Supernatural, for even more wolves and vampires? Is there another set of characters from the Twilight books and films that should be explored instead? And which network can you see hosting such a series? Sound off in the comments!
