I hate german TV for their handling of W13 :(
They broadcasted season 1 but then didn't give it a rerun to see if people, who didn't know of it got interested and want to watch the whole thing. Now they claim the audience wasn't interested....F*ck you, RTL2, F*ck you.
I'll never get to see season 2

They can't cancel Eureka. I have only just discovered it. I have managed to squeeze 3 series (I refuse to say season) into about 3 months with the repeats on Syfy and a friend lending me her box sets. I am now officially hooked.

I watched the first series of Warehouse 13 but somehow managed to miss all of series 2, syfy are really good though about showing the previous series before starting the next one. So all up to date, with last nights episode on the virgin plus box ready for me to watch when I get home from work.

Presumably the answer to that is money. The effects must make it particularly expensive to produce an episode.

However, some comments I've read about SyFy suggest that they never let a series go beyond five seasons.

Grrrr to the network.
