This is keeping me from sleeping (means I'll be awkwardly grumpy again tomorrow) but:
What ARE the rules of the new foot(-the-)ball if rule 202(!) is the definition of the ball, yet none of the 'adjusted for modern days on the Disc' concerns what (not) to wear on the field and the like
The official FIFA rules count 17 (!) (about 80 if you count each subdefinition of a headrule as single rule) yet THOSE even (in a way) cover things like not to wear brass knuckles on the field or shoot an opponent.
I know I'm possible thinking too much about stuff like this, but what the heck ARE the new rules on the Disc if of over 200 not a single one covered things like gear, the field, etc.
