I'm reading the Fry Chronicles. It's good, but the man is obsessed with people judging him for his priviledged background. He's always bringing it up, and saying things like "you must think I'm a pretentious public school tosser". Well, not to start off with, but after being accused of inverse snobbery about 20 times per chapter, maybe...

I have just finished a small book called The plague in Shakesspeare's time (orig published in 1920's). I can't believe the thickos treated the plague like that! Even the slightly higher IQ'd didn't help much! Anyway... Interesting book with even more interesting copies of the plague laws etc.

Then I read Sussana Gregory's Death at the Minster (it takes place in York so it had extra pulling power!) Really good and enjoyable even if you haven't read the 18 or so 'Matthew Bartholomew' previous books before it. I may well trawl through the charity chops looking for the other books in the series.

Am now reading the Distant Hours by Kate Morton.

A couple of Joanna Trollope novels to tide me over until the library gets me the remaining Game of Thrones books, and Snuff appears.
Just finished Lords and Ladies

just started the second "SKulduggery Pleasant" book... enjoyed the first one so after a break in between each one thought I'd give them all a go. The kids made me honest!!
