Good Omens was okay, but it wasn't quite up to the standard I expected of Pratchett. In fact, the only non-Discworld Pratchett book (out of the ones I've read,
Strata, Good Omens, and
Nation) that I felt was up to Discworld standard was
Nation. And as far as Neil Gaiman was concerned, I preferred
American Gods. It's not to say
Good Omens was bad, it was just below the high standard I had expected of Pratchett works.
Anyway, just finished the Tolkiens'
The Children of Hurin. Not too bad. Very old fashioned, though.
