I finished Duncton Wood and I quite enjoyed it.
I've started Red Dwarf by Rob Grant and Doug Naylor and it's hilarious, can't wait to read more
Read Duncton Wood years ago, I've never met anyone else who's read it before

I love all things Grant Naylor, let us know what you think of the other books when you read them.
Woah I was completely blown away by Red Dwarf and Better than Life but I didn't like Last Human though.
At the moment I'm reading Buffy:laugh:eep Water which is AMAZING

I'm most of the way through Headstone by Ken Bruen. Really good so far. Although definitely a different rhythm to his writing, took some getting used to. And a few bits are a little too brutal for my taste.

I'm pushing myself to try a few new authors (tend to be a bit lazy with finding something new and have a preference for comedic fantasy and well written kids fantasy as I find a lot of adult fantasy seems to take itself too seriously somehow).
So, just finished 'May Contain Traces of Magic' and 'Valhalla' by Tom Holt. I'm really enjoy his style of writing, but it makes my head spin at times trying to keep up with all the different directions he is going in at once!
I've also just picked up a Robin Hobb/Megan Lindholm anthology from the library. Only one story in so far, but while it's not normally the style I'd go for, it reeled me in quite quickly.

I've decided to re-read Percy Jackson and the Lightning Thief  I'm enjoying it a lot more than when I first read it,which is quite strange as I first read when I was 9 years old and that is the age group that is meant for. o_O

I've decided to re-read every single Discworld novel very slowly so I don't miss anything this time because the last time read them (aged 11-13) I was a bit too young to get some of the jokes so hopefully I won't miss out this time
I'm going to read them in a random order starting with Equal Rites

Many people have recommended Bernard Cornwell to me, so, reading Death of Kings.
You do know that's book 6 in the series, don't you? ;)
Heh, the chances of my library having a complete series of anything is remote
It doesn't matter, just want to get a taste of it, see if I like his style. If I do, I'll go back and start at the beginning

The Inheritance Cycle, American PB version, by Christopher Paolini, two book volume, Eragon & Eldest. I saw the film Eragon a long time ago, but have never read the books.
