The (55 page) heads of Agreement for buying Bears on the Square
The (46 page) lease for the shop
The equally long lease for the living accomodation
A long list of suppliers contracts and agreements
The P&L and balance sheets

If I never read another heretofor or herinafter it will be too soon
Sounds like you need a word with Harry King (of the Golden River)! He could give you a few pointers as to contracts and agreements!

I've never seen the TV show. Reichs is a consultant on the show, but she doesn't usually write the episodes. The charcters, apart from Temperence Brennen are not in the books, and Tempe herself (in the show) is much younger.

So basically, the TV show is very different.

Terry Pratchett gets a mention in one of the books. ;)

I remember that ;)

Is Spider Bones any good Tony? Must add it to the long list of books I need to acquire.

Very good so far! :)

This one deal (to a degree) with the branch that identifies and repatriates corpses from foreign conflicts. Tempe is trying to identify the corpse of a Vietnam veteran.

Her books often make me laugh out loud.

The profit & Loss and balance sheets takes me back when I had to do book keeping.

It's the one where she's in Hawaii right? I didn't think it was her best novel, but enjoyed reading it. Someones daughter finally coming to her senses (trying not to include spoilers).

Have you read Virals, Tony? I didn't know, when I bought it, that it was a book for the younger audience...it did become clear after a short time though. Reichs is keeping it in the family so to speak as Virals main character is her nephew Kits daughter.
