Hm? It is on sale here, displayed in the window...perhaps a mistake? o_O
A mistake like that - Tesco putting A Hat Full of Sky on the shelves too early, is how come I first started writing to Sharlene. I shall be forever grateful to whoever cocked up.

I'm really enjoying the latest Bernard Cornwell book - '1356'. It's the return of one of his characters, an English archer during the 100 Years War, Thomas of Hookton. This one ultimately takes him to the Battle of Poitiers.

Still trying to get through Abraham Lincoln Vampire Hunter. Not saying it's a bad story but it's moving really slowly. Trying to finish it up so that I can start Casual Vacancy, because I know I won't be able to renew that one. I also have the latest Thursday Next waiting.

I quite liked the film, but won't read the book.
Yeah, can't say I'd recommend it. Not saying it wasn't good exactly, but really slow. Finally finished it and started Casual Vacancy last night. Got through the first chapter, can't say I'm hooked on this one so far either. We'll see.
