I got distracted by Wicked, so now I'm attempting to read that, Making Money and listening to The Two Towers  I anticipate brain ache ;)

I've avoided the Twilight saga so far, romantic interaction between vampires and humans has started to annoy me- it can never really have a satisfactory ending- either one/both dies (completely, rather than undies); the vampire has to watch the human grow old and die; or the human is turned and has to abandon everyone who ever loved them, or watch them grow old and die. Gosh, I'm cheerful tonight  This is why I like my vampires slightly more evil

I'm reading Artemis Fowl: The Lost Colony. The arty series are my second favourite, next to TP of course. I like Eoin(pronounced Owen, is he welsh?) Colfer's 'Wish list' as well. For some reason, it reminds me of "good omens".
He certainly is Irish.

I've now moved onto Jingo  And still listening to LOTR The Two Towers :) Will hopefully have some new books/authors to explore soon as my birthday/Christmas is near and when asked what I want as a present, I ask people to find me new things to read. The internet is a marvelous thing, but it doesn't compare to browsing in a book shop :(
