Right now I'm re-reading Frank Herberts Dune. Will probably go through the series before moving on again. Before that I'd read Alan Moores Watchmen. One of the best reads I've had for quite a while.

However, the Dune books may go temporary hold, (after all, I have read them), in 7 days when Unseen Academicals is released on paperback.

Has anyone heard of James Crawford? Today I found Quinton, by him on a Charity stall, so I bought it, it seems to be volume one of a series.
I have never heard of him before, this pb book was published in 1989, it has never been read, perhaps that should tell me something o_O: :(

Thanks for the links, Tony. In the first one, it says he is now a Scottish Hotelier.
I'll read it anyway, shame he wrote no others, if I get into it, if not, it goes to a Charity shop.

Just finished reading Duma Key by Stephen King. It was enjoyable, if you like his kind of stuff.

I'm at a bit of a loss about what to read next - I've got 6 books on order but I'm planning to save those for my holiday in August :)
