This afternoon I went through my "to watch" pile to pick something for a nice friday evening and I discovered - with big surprise - that we have The Blind Side in our collection! Didn't know it... but anyway, I had my movie for today ;) I loved it! Apart from the story and the acting work, it had such a great soundtrack too! And I don't just mean the movie soundtrack by Carter Burwell, but the songs they picked for the film... was trying for almost half an hour to check the songs on youtube, but most of them I couldn't find... :(This one is one of my favorites from the movie... I'll be looking for the CD when I have some time...

I did a film review on that for my english not so long ago - we still don't have our results  I wished i'd picked a different film though...it was really hard to find anything to criticise for one thing...

Finally finished watching Stargate: Atlantis on DVD this weekend.

Astonishing performance by David Hewlett, when Rodney gets a parasite in his brain, and starts losing his memories.

Watched "Sint" yesterday, pretty funny in all it's badness.

Just finished the first episode of Walking Dead season two too :)

Planning to get some old zombie movies on this week, got Dawn/Day/Night of the Living Dead lined up.

saw Rango at the weekend, storyline was very predictable but done in a way that was still entertaining
I LOVE Rango!

-What do we do now, Sheriff?
-Now...we ride!

I watched thistrailer - and then watched it again. Looks really promising! I didn't recognize Glenn Close at all! Only recognized her voice as a woman's voice...

Watched the first episode of season 2 of The Walking Dead earlier.

Nice and gory
True, but the script appeared to have been written by zombies. It's all a bit rubbish really and to be honest I've given up on it. A shame really as the first episode of season 1 was really very good.

I'm currently watching the excellent conspiracy-thriller 'Rubicon' - I'd heartily recommend it to anyone who likes to engage their brain while watching a TV show. :)

I just spent a lot of hours finishing the whole 4 seasons of Chuck. This has got to be my favorite tv series ever, apart from The Simpsons, which can be classified as a cartoon series.

Too bad that it will be on its final season come November, though it would be a good closure to the whole cycle of the series rather than ended right away on the forth.
