I watched all of last year's Marvel films recently. X-Men: First Class was OK, pretty good in fact, while Thor and Captain America felt like an extraordinarily long trailer for the upcoming Avengers film.

I also watched the Hammer *ahem!* 'classic' Twins of Evil, as well as the forgotten 80s gem The Monster Squad and the rather brilliant Hungarian action film about ticket inspectors on the metro, Kontroll.

I have been watching, via instant streaming Netflix/Apple TV, the series of A Touch of Frost starring David Jason.
The mystery series is very good. However, the biggest mystery to me is how Inspector Frost never got a promotion from 1992 to 2010.

Now I am starting on the Midsomer Murders starring John Nettles. I love British mysteries!

Saw Hanna a few nights ago, really good!
I really enjoyed that film, but as soon as she spoke the first line I knew how the film would end. Still good though.
Yes, very true! I was a little worried, but like you said, still good.

I've finally gotten to season 6 of Doctor Who. It's on 4 discs through Netflix. Watched the first one, but instead of getting the second one, they sent me the third. So I pop it in and see spoilers for the second quarter of the season before it hits me that I have the wrong disc. Also watched Stephen Fry in America, just the first episode, enjoyed that too.

They have recently brought Netflix to the UK but no discs instead it streaming only, but the films are all older no new ones at all which makes it a waste of time.
Pretty much the same here. There are a handful of current shows and movies, but a lot of those are through a premium cable channel who are about to dump their agreement with Netflix. I just didn't get their plan to make the streaming a separate company, they don't have enough current content to support it. Without the discs there's no point in having a Netflix account. If they had separated them we would likely have dropped it all together and subscribed with someone else.

Watched the DVD of Willow, last night with my friend. I love that film, the acting is very good, Val Kilmer is WOW!!!, :p , Warwick Davis is brilliant too, the baby (s), they used twins, are really cute, special effects for it's time are brilliant & the locations excellent. We watched the making of it in the special features too, that was interesting. I'm glad I bought it second hand, I had the video originally.
