I'm currently watching for the first time the old Doctor Who story The Sensorites. I'm also going to be watching four more stories from the classic series over the next little while: Colony in Space, Day of the Daleks, Invasion of the Dinosaurs, and The Android Invasion.

I finally got around to watching "True Grit" (the remake). I will say sorry to John Wayne fans but I preferred this to the original. :twisted:

Saw 'The Captains', a documentary/series of interviews by William Shatner with the other Star Trek captains. Avery Brooks is seriously weird, Mulgrew hasn't aged well, and Shatner manages to turn everything his guest says back to him.

So good stuff!

Well I needed something to cheer me up after the disastrous result today.

And just finished watching The Maggie one of my favorite Ealing studios films with Whisky Galore being another.

Watched Puss in Boots which was okay (better than Shrek 3&4 at least).

Then Animal House, after seeing it was ranked #25 in the IGN top 25 comedy movies and deciding I'd watch those, maybe skipping those I've seen recently. Animal House for me, wasn't that funny, nor that good but I can imagine the impact at the time was pretty big.

Next up on the list: Rushmore. I'm pretty sure I have seen it but I can't remember much about it.
