A spambot is a computer program that works its way through the Internet looking for message boards threads that contain certain keywords. When it finds one it registers and makes one or more posts. In this case, the other post it made was full of links to downloading movies to your computer. What I was saying in my last post was - had a newbie registered and in their first post they talked about Discworld, then it would be far less likely that they were a spammer. OK?

Sooooooooooooooooooo... if these here spambots (I am sorry, but does the word "Spambots" not sound like some form of cyborg porn lover from an Asimov novel?) are SO darned clever..... why don't they have a search engine thingie for Discworld? and then mention the DW books, etc. Huh? huh? huh?
