I always imagine Foyle's plucky driver, Samantha as a graduate of the Quirm College for Young Ladies. Well, someone Miss Butts would be proud of anyway.

Did you know the name of the actress who plays Stewart is Honeysuckle Weeks? Fantastic name eh?

I did indeed. She was also was born in Cardiff. She has a sister called Perdita and a brother named Rollo, both of them are also actors.

I've finally gotten round to seeing P.S. I love you. I have never cried so much while watching a movie. But the strange thing is, at the same time t's really uplifting.
If the book is nearly as sad as the movie (and chances are it's even more sad) I don't think I'll want to read it XD The movie was bad enough!

Well I've read half the book, I was less than impressed. But then I wasn't mad keen on the film either.

Staying in your pyjamas for three months? I don't think so. But it's nice that at the end she gets 'cured' and finds a new boyfriend Sorry Cheery

I really liked the book, hated the movie. I didn't even bother to watch the whole thing. Not even Gerard Butler dancing around in his boxers could save that movie. She writes some really great books. I think some of her others are better.

Has anyone watched "Bluestone 42", it's on BBC3, Its brilliant, It's about a Bomb disposal unit in Afhganistan

Watched Rise of the Guardians, had no big hopes, but liked it very much

Watched Withnail & I and toasted Richard Griffiths several times. I have a sore head today .

Also saw Dredd. Was much better than I thought it would be but hell's bells it was violent. I really like Lena Heady.

Am going to watch The Sapphires later if I can fit it in.
