Carry On films were a hoot, but no laugh track. Plenty of facial expressions and sound effects so you know when to laugh though.
Last night, Gladiatress. It's been on my wish list for ages, then I saw Plebs with Doon Makichin looking all Roman, so I bought it finally. Then BBC1 put it on the day it was delivered Cheesy, brain-free experience, marvellous
I kinda like him in films but the only sitcom I found less amusing than the office was the American version, at least in the uk version he shares out the good lines whereas Carrell seemed to keep more for himself, besides which a paper firm in slough is just funny in its own right!
Thought it was only me! I'd want to slap anyone I met like him
LOVE Red Dwarf and always will though It was one of the things that kept me sane in the early days of becoming (unplanned) a single parent.
Don't worry folks, he's still very much alive....just don't marry him
I watched an interview a few years back when Grant & Naylor were trying to get Red Dwarf started. They tried a lot of BBC studios and eventually BBC Manchester said OK but not to cast a scouser as the lead role
Watched a YouTube clip on how to install some bathroom cladding stuff. It wasn't very interesting so carried on destroying the bathroom which was much more fun.
Dotsie, I followed your lead and looked for something ridiculous to watch. Chose The Campaign with Will Ferrel and Zach Galifanakis (have no idea if I spelled that right). It was pretty much as expected!
