I went to see Deadpool today lots of jokes (some I missed because of the loud laughter from the crowd) I enjoyed it, sequel in the making. stay till the end of the credits. :handgestures-thumbupleft: :handgestures-thumbupright:

I saw Deadpool. I didn't know the character at all so I wasn't sure what to expect. It was very funny, not boring like the other Marvel movies but definitely not for kids. Or so I thought.

Fingers crossed I'm going to see Hail, Caesar! tomorrow. Looking forward to that.

Has anyone here seen the HBO series Deadwood? I'm watching the 2nd season now. Calamity Jane and the Doc make me laugh out loud!

I adored Deadwood. Fantastic series. I wish it had gone on longer.

I watched Mad Max - Fury Road for the first time and, to be honest, I was a little disappointed. Plenty of action but I thought the story line weak.

Just got back from seeing a local-talent production of _Mort_. Lots of fun. Being this close to Washington, D.C., there was a one-word change to the text: "Have you considered teaching?" became "Have you considered going into politics?"

Was that a high school production? I think I saw an advert for that, but the return drive was just too long at night for me to go.

I'm very jealous. One day I'll see a DW play.

I didn't mind Mad Max. I didn't really follow the plot though :whistle: Just watched it for the SFX, and Charlize Theron.

I saw the Coen brothers latest Hail, Caesar! What can I say? They make really good movies.

Have also watched S3 of Archer.

My Estonian friend who stayed here again last week has continued my education in Estonian history with the fictionalised story of Endel Nelis in The Fencer. It's really good and she had no idea that in my youth I was a fencer at county level and armourer for my local club so wonderfully chosen...

Glad you like it as well. I really dig character based shows like this one. I will most definitely keep an eye open for the Christmas special.
