Saw Hot Tub Time Machine and Shrek Forever After this week.

Shrek wasn't as bad as the third one, but wasn't good either. I'd say, wait for the dvd.
Hot Tub Time Machine was a bit of a mess. Pretty vulgar, some funny stuff but not enough. Then again, I didn't like the Hangover either for the same reasons - and everyone seems to adore that movie.

Willem, I didn't like The Hangover either...I thought it was too much "guys fun". Like "Look, he hasn't got pants on, ha-ha... and what he did to that tiger Hahahahahaha...". Not my style.

I just saw Meet Joe Black. Not a bad idea, good acting by Brad Pitt (usually I don't like him), but there were some things that were weird. Like in the beginning when the coffe-shop-Brad gets killed, how can Death take his body??? I mean, he should be brought into a hospital (there were a lot of witnesses), his sister (he talked with a couple of minutes before) should be informed, therefore the BODY should have been buried... but there should have been at least a little sign on Brad that SOMETHING happened to him, no? I mean, even his outfit was perfect. And at the end, when Anthony Hopkins dies... It's like in CoM: you have to die of something. There has got to be a reason. You can't just walk over a bridge and everything is fine! There has to be a heart attack or anything! Or a corpse at least... Whatever

I recently saw Kick-Ass (brilliant!) and a colleague recommended Defendor since they are a bit comparable (not very, but the premises of both have some overlap). Just finished watching, it was actually very good too.
