I quite enjoyed drag me to hell.

Looking forward to the upcoming adaptation of Ken Follet's The Pillars of the Earth that premieres in the US tonight. Will be shown on C4 later in the year.

Really enjoyed the novel even though I wouldn't have chosen it personally. A friend recommended it and it's a real page turner. Over 1,000 pages of great story and characters.

I´m going to watch Machete when it comes out in the cinema. I like Rodriguez movies and it looks like A LOT of fun.
So looking forward to Machete, loved the teaser in Grindhouse...loved Grindhouse and anything Rodreiguez/Tarantino related.

Going Postal was truly awesome, even though I did have a "wtf?" moment when Moist ended up on the gallows for a second time :p

I mentioned to one of the girls at work tonight that there's a Powerpuff Girls movie. She was truly amazed - and wants a loan of my copy. After I've watched it again though, bwahaha!

I have just watched the film Charlie & the Chocolate Factory (2005), with the oh so lovely Johnny Depp. On ITV2. Dispite Johnny's good acting & the rest of the cast, the very special effects etc. I can't help feeling the original version with Gene Wilder was the better production.
I did like those squirrels though & the scene in the TV with the Apes & the monolith, straight out of 2001, brilliant pun.

Whilst going through the guff on the Sky+ box, I discovered that I managed to record Passport to Pimlico. It was the only Ealing comedy film I hadn't seen, so I'm chuffed that's now been rectified
Passport To Pilico was classic British comedy film making. We'll never see anything like any of those films now, not even newly made 21st century films.

I think the older one had better songs. :p

Saw 'Inception' this weekend. If i had to sum it up in one word that word would be WOW. What an amazing film, it reminded me of when i first saw the Matrix. But so much better, and i still love The Matrix, truely an awe inspiring film.
